Babaco Market is an Italian company who works to give a second chance to imperfect fruit and vegetables, selecting them from local producers and farmers and shipping them in a sustainable way.

Babaco Market respects the seasonality of the products to enhance an ethical consumption and to fight and prevent food waste.
Behind these colorful animated veggies, there were 3 important stages: a long pre-production phase with our lovely client, a shooting and a lot of stop-motion.
The shooting was fun but challenging, since we had to consider how quick veggies and fruits decay when out of a fridge, we also made a pretty cool rig out of wires, inside the box so that it could stay put when we shot the stop motion scenes.
